How to purchase new Office 365 Services

In this article we will go through how to purchase new Office 365 services. Firstly you will want to login to your client portal over at

Once you have logged in click on the green "Order" button at the top of the page and then select "Microsoft Office 365"

Choose which Office 365 package you would like to order. To keep it simple:

Exchange Online Plan 1 - This is for email only and you will get no software included in this.

Microsoft 365 Business Standard - This is for hosted email as well as the full Microsoft Office suite of products.

Click on Order.


This will then take you to another page where you can select how many licenses you required and if you would like to pay Annually or Monthly for your services from the billing cycle dropdown.

You will also be prompted to enter a domain prefix. This will be used for the first login to Office 365. Once you have logged in you will then be able to setup your own custom domain name to use with the Office 365 services. The domain prefix can be anything that you want it to be.

At the very bottom you can also choose to add on our Email Data Migration service. This will allow us to migrate your email data from your old provider over to Office 365 for you.

Click on continue to be taken to the summary page. From here you will be able to pay for your services. Once a successful payment has been made your Office 365 services will be provisioned for you.
