If you wish to make a complaint, then firstly we are sorry that you are having problems with our services.
To submit a complaint please email firstname.lastname@example.org, or raise a support ticket via your client area, where we will thorougly investigate the complaint. We will aim to respond back to you within 2 working days of the original email.
If you are unhappy with the resolution to your complaint then please let us know and it will be internally escalated. We may ask you for contact deails so that someone can get in touch with you to discuss your complaint.
